In the position, you will:
- Be responsible for sales achievement for MT in total Vietnam.
- Drive performance in the following areas through national distributor sales team by identifying opportunities, monitoring performance, providing support and recommendation on distribution & display.
- Work closely with dedicated MT team at distributor on a daily basis.
- Execution of key strategies
- Daily sales operations
- Coaching and training to equip them with necessary functional skills
- Build relationship and partnership with identified key MT retailers
- Conduct business review.
- Develop promotion activity plan to drive visibility and recommendation.
- Develop core materials to deliver brand and product knowledge to
- Sales team
- Support National Distributor and MARS on product ordering process, inventory and freshness management, product registration, and other back office tasks.
- Performs other functions as assigned.
Education & Professional Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
- 5 years’ of experience in Modern Trade
- Good command in English
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- Influencing skills and negotiation skills
- Good in MS office computer skills
- Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues.
- Strong analytical skills (develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation)
- Experience in Petcare field is a bonus.
