1. Ensure payroll system for all employees is being carried out accurately and timely (for respective plant)
2. Prepare monthly payroll for Expatriates
3. In-charge of C&B matter for respective plant to ensure accuracy and on time
4. Complete monthly personal income tax declaration for Employees and report to Tax department.
5. Complete personal income tax finalization for leaving Expatriate and report to Tax department.
6. Complete annual personal income tax finalization for Employees and report to Tax department.
7. Prepare claim documents due to personal accident /health care for all plants and follow up on the claim process
8. Prepare monthly increasing/ decreasing for accident/ health care insurance report
9. Be responsible and solve issue of the dependence registration and income tax code opening for new employee
10. Attend and take responsibility to give feedback in Social compliance audits which regarding in respective plant
11. Prepare promotion letter & Salary increment letter for Staff level up
12. Create and maintain HR user for new Staff
Non-Routine

1. Checking and highlight for cases : late issuing labor contract , late/ missing of update salary adjustment or late on renewing labor contract, update wrong employee’s information…
2. Other task as given by Direct Supervisor

Strategic Tasks

1. Ensure payroll system for all employees is being carried out accurately and timely (for respective plant)
2. Zero complain from Employees for C&B matter for respective plant
3. Ensure personal income tax matter in-line with the Tax law

Qualifications :Graduate Bachelor of Business Administration

Experiences: Three to Five years
