  • Supervise sales team to achieve of volum achieve sales, coverage and market share targets.
  • Negotiate and sign contracts according to the Company's policy
  • Build and maintain strong, current strategic customer relationship and develop new customers;
  • Partner with customer to understand their business needs, objectives and trends to be able to develop products that fit the market needs;
  • Completed sales, customer requirement and market situation report;


  • Diploma/Bachelor degree in related fields
  • Experience in HORECA, Wholesales or FMCG is an advantage
  • Experience in sales B2B for agricultural products in domestic
  • Good English communication skills
  • Problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Network in consumer product manufacturing/trading
  • Good in Microsoft Office skill
