Responsibility &Duties:
 Manage center operations system: Learning Coordinator team, Counselor team, Librarian team, Center IT & Admin team, Cleaner and Security.
 To be in charge of daily operation and address issues arising of the center.
 Conduct daily/weekly team meeting (Learning Coordinator team, Counselor team) to review performance and offer direction, motivation and guidance toward achieving individual and company goals.
 Train, manage and monitor Learning Coordinators and Counselors to ensure high standard of company curriculum knowledge and customer service skills, professional and informative response to enquiries.
 Communicate parents and students issues with Learning Coordinator team, Counselor team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
 Ensure smooth conduct of counseling & administration activities at center
 Be responsible with staff work schedules and suggest new recruits when needed.
 Manage the implementation of business objectives. Adjust performance management during implementation to achieve goals
 Ensure that the activities of the center are in line with the standards set by the Company and the Law.
 Assure new enrollment &re-enrollment according to agreed targets.
 Train and monitor staff to ensure student safety at center
 Check daily cash report and keep record for center.
 Coordinate and communicate with academic department to maintain professional company life for students.
 Manage student placement to maximize number of classes open and average class size.
 Submit operations daily report to board of directors.
 Propose solutions and make appropriate adjustments for the implementation process to achieve targets


Qualification:
 At least 05-year experience as sales manager/customer Services Manager (07-year experience in education industry)
 University Degree
 Leadership and organizational skills

 Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices

 Stress tolerance
 Planning and presentation
 Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
 Language: Excellent English and Vietnamese (4 skills), Upper-Intermediate
 Computer: Excellent at MS-Office
 Other requirements: good appearance, available for shift working, in good health condition, active, adaptable and flexible.
