 Source new channel partner opportunities through your existing network.
 Inbound lead follow-up, and traditional outreach.
 Help improve and develop the channel partner business model.
 Work with marketing to attract potential channel partners.
 Prepare and deliver presentations.
 Identify, nurture and successfully sign up channel partners.
 Support channel partners and regularly review to achieve quotas.
 Degree in HR, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business, Administration or a related area.
 Proven track record for channel development & business development.
 Passionate and knowledgeable about HR / talent management.
 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
 Aptitude in delivering engaging presentations to small and large audiences.
 Fluent in English and Vietnamese communication / spoken and written.
 Excellent presentation, business and negotiation skills
