1. Research and planning:
● Analysis of sales by category, sub category, gender…
● Product trend forecast.
- Store visits
- WGSN Analysis
- Color story 
● Customer product feedback through focus groups

2. Line plan:
● Decide on opening new outsoles / projects
● Projects to be locally developed vs bought from outside.

3. Design & development:
● Follow up with designers / developers for design and development
● Development through the process of development of last, outsole,
● Material applications, specifications and colors finalizing pantone ;
   follow up with factory for specification sheets

4. Sample management:
● Coordinate and follow up for development samples and confirmation samples
● Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
● Confirming samples or requesting changes if necessary
● Create a product list with model names and assist in getting first cost
● Assisting with descriptions and in the making of Catalogs, Lookbooks, marketing POP etc
● Receiving requests for samples from customers for export and
   ensuring timeline

5. Quality management:
● Setting standards for quality during development of product
● Providing technical and other support to the vendors to help them in
   assuring quality
● Reviewing quality of product in store
● Mediating and solving problems related to quality failures working
   with customers


● As least 5 years’ experience in footwear industrial,
● Honesty, sincerity, enthusiasm
● Careful, confident, proactive, result oriented and high sense of
● Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while
   maintaining a positive attitude
● Male candidate is preferred


● Negotiate depending on the candidates & skills and experiences
● 13month salary and other benefit based on yearly performance
