Responsibilities: 

  • Handle the management of the customer service specialist (Vietnamese) team
  • Responsible for guiding customer service specialist through fieldwork, avoid customer complaints caused by the customer service specialist fault
  • Responsible for training, motivation, communication, and other management and emergency public relations events
  • Responsible for the overall service level, team performance achieving rate
  • Participate in the formulation and implementation of customer service processes, service standards, work plans, implementation specifications
  • Prepare a training scheme with training supervisors
  • Provide product training and improve service capabilities for customer service specialist teams
  • Present effective opinions on the business process analysis

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience in customer service management Junior college degree or above
  • Fluency in the English language (the Philippines is necessary requirement)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Powerpoint/ Excel) and other software
