The role is responsible for ensuring customer service are delivered to our customers all the time and via every communication channel.
Respond to customer enquiries via several channels (Chat and Email), provide information regarding products/services and other related enquiries.
To provide service excellence so as to develop and maintain customer loyalty.
Assist supervisor to work on project, handle any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in customer service, preferably in finance industry or ecommerce.
Excellent listening, speaking, reading, writing skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient user of office systems, both customer service specific and windows package.
Confident, articulate, hardworking and passionate.
Ability to exceed customer expectations.
