Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define a detailed short and middle term acquisition strategy for Da Nang
business. Identify key targets and key people.
- Achieve sales target and profitability target as per set by the Company. Manage
and be accountable for the branch P&L.
- Build Company brand in Da Nang, with meaningful communication channels
- Set up and structure the team to offer the full offer of Company Services (full IFM solutions)
- Develop new services (Energy, Technical Solutions, Robotics…)
- Be flexible/agile enough to understand well the market and develop bespoke solutions
- Ensure that the operations are run according to Company and Vietnam laws ethics, safety and security standards.
- Recruit the best talents at site and office levels to run the branch.
- Maintain the relationships with customers and ensure smooth execution of the contracts.
