Manage the operation of all E-Commerce activities to achieve E-Commerce target by implementing MKT and Product Strategy following the market trend and business platform
 Responsible for E-commerce revenue generating, ROI and P&L, etc.
 Overall responsible for ecommerce marketing strategy including making proposal for new idea, plan & strategy for E-Commerce to Line Manager
 Design and implement integrated E-Commerce marketing campaigns to acquire, engage and retain prospects and customers throughout the digital channels: web app, mobile app, search, social media, email, etc.
 Set and communicate E-Commerce Marketing KPIs, aligned with the general business goals and agreed with the BODs
 Follow up E-commerce action plan to lead the team’s activities
 Drive ecommerce by using appropriate marketing tactics e.g. loyalty programmers, content targeting, digital shelf optimization
 Own the E-Commerce marketing budget allocation across the channels based on performance
 Lead Content development across the different platforms
 Develop, implement and execute E-Commerce Marketing programs and campaigns across Content, Search, Analytics, e-commerce, Campaign and Social.
 Supervise PP. Center’s activities, supervise Shippers on delivery’s effectiveness, collect data & report the daily delivery status
 Understands current trends, opportunities, assortment, competition and buyers vision by category of business and use this knowledge to properly categorize, merchandise and market product online
 Work with MD to upload the products to E-Commerce channel to exceed expectations such as conversion, average order size, average order value, customer service demand and are additive to the overall brand positioning;
 Co-operate with Marketing to run Marketing campaigns for E-Commerce channel to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all product launches, marketing campaigns and other customer interaction;
 Works with analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to evaluate and improve future performance;
 Works closely with various departments within the company to ensure that all consumer touch points and messaging are working and measured harmoniously;
 Export the daily sales report & analyze the sales status
 Daily report to Line Manager about E-commerce daily activities.
 Provides leadership and individual developmental growth to employees in the department.
 Experience in integrating digital in brand, marketing and communication campaigns and working with a variety of available tools, including analytics and publishing tools across functional domains.
