Salary: + 13th + KPI Bonus
Responsible for the following
- Reviewing the Market landscape and partnering internal stakeholders on developing a retail strategy
- Developing a business plan, including forecast on financials and return on investment
- Leading the implementation of the strategy, including setting up of retail stores, operations, systems and organization
- Managing the performance of the retail business, focusing on key indicators such as profits,operational efficiency and consumer behavior
- Periodic reviews and updates to management on current trends, state of the business, and calibration needed to rapidly grow the business
- Actively participating in Marketing initiatives, such as implementing Brand agenda (visual merchandising, pricing, product mix), and establishing annual marketing & promotion plans
- Responsible for the training and development of Operation Managers, Area Manager, store managers and Staff to achieve service excellence and productivity

Requirements:
- Should have prior General Management experience or holding Profit-Loss responsibilities
- Experience of setting up multiple retail stores and good knowledge for local market
- Background in Marketing is an advantage
- At least 7-8 years in a Management/Leadership position
- Good leadership to motivate and rally a team
- Mass Retail industry / consumer sales segment
- Understanding of the Optical industry is a plus
- Bachelor Degree in Business or Management
- Working knowledge Vietnamese and English for written, reading and speaking
