• Report to: Sales & Marketing Director
• Manage team: 2-3 members

a. Main responsibilities:
• Achieve local sales target by closely working with Global Acounts team and monitoring nominated projection with vendors
• Maintain existing customers and develop new business from prospects and product mix objectives
• Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing and service information on demand
• Deal with complicated problems to find out the best solutions for customers’ needs
• Apply new technology to manage sales performance and have strategic plans to increase sales revenue in assigned accounts and territories
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality and services meet customers’ requirements
• Provide critical market intelligence (trends, customer needs, competitor offerings)
• Assist Global Accounts Director and Sales Director to carry out additional assignments/plans for the company’s effective operation.
b. Knowledge, experiences, education, skills, personal competencies and behaviors:
• B.A in Economics, Foreign Trade or Business Management.
• Relevant work experience: 5+ years in Key Account/ Sales Management. Experience on textile & garment industry is an advantage.
• Fluent verbal and written English. Other languages such as Chinese will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Willing to travel
