1.1 Human resource planning:

- Analyzing and evaluating current resources of the Company every year.

- Develop personnel plan, determine the demand for human resources of the company in the future.

- Monitoring and evaluating staff, advising and advising the Director of the source planning staff, assigning and assigning employees to positions suitable to professional development capacity.

1.2 Employment recruitment:

- Check the applicant's filter floor.

- Interview evaluation of candidate round 1.

- Monitor and assess management staff during the probationary period.
1.3 Training staff: - Develop human resource training plan. - Coordinate departments or outside training units to build content and training for employees of the Company. - Training staff of soft skills, coordinating with professional training departments for employees.

1.4 Managing the welfare system of the Company:

- Building, maintaining, improving organizational structure, assigning staff in the department.

- Develop and guide the implementation, check and supervise the implementation of the salary and employee evaluation system for the whole Company.

- Construction, deployment, inspection and supervision, improvement of operating regulations for the Company such as: Regulation of Executive Management, Working Regulations ...

- Coordinate with departments to develop and deploy the company operating system: System of processes, regulations, guidelines and forms. Check and supervise the document system and operate in the Company.
1.5 Develop welfare policy: - Monitor and propose to implement the regulations set out by the company to ensure the interests of employees and companies. - Find out about employees' concerns, summarize staff survey and propose solutions to create a better working environment. - Check and monitor the reward system, employee welfare - salary - emulation organization to encourage employees to encourage.


- Male, Cao ≥ 1.65m, 33 - 43 years old.

- Qualifications: Graduated from Graduate University of Agriculture; Administrative University; University of law.

- Experience: At least 05 years of experience working in the same position.

- The ability to work independently, quickly, calmly, assertively, with a sense of responsibility, withstand high work pressure.
Skill requirements: - Management skills. - Planning - reporting skills. - Supervision skills. - Training skills. - Teamwork skill. - Office computer skills. - Ability to use Autocad, Mirosoft Project. - Ability to research and develop new techniques. - Knowledge: Standards of laws; about construction measures.
