  • Mô tả chung / Job Purpose or Summary
    Participate in setting up and developing business strategy for Retail Operations Department.
    Be responsible for enhancing sales performance and retail operation effectiveness.
    Trách nhiệm chính / Main Responsibilities
    Keep tracking and analyzing the performance of new stores in the first 6 months to proposal strategic plan and
    improvement plan promptly;
    Supervise and be responsible for improving the sales performance of low performance stores;
    Do analysis of the retail market and competitors to propose appropriate plans and strategies to drive operational
    efficiency and sales performance for stores. Enhance the competitiveness of the store chain with our direct rivals;
    Do the periodically reports that related to: competitors, product prices, new trends ... and when required.
    Standardize the report systems (by automation, in-depth analysis ...);
    Work closely with Site Selection Team in evaluation and potentiality analysis to open new stores;
    Ensure compliance with implementing and maintaining the regulations of store management, products display,
    operation standards of the store, and propose the appropriate improvements.
    Propose the ideas in layout design for new store / remodeling stores
    Other jobs as assigned by the direct manager

    Yêu cầu / Requirements
  • Trình độ học vấn/Education:Bachelor degree or higher
  • Chuyên môn; Professional major Economics, Pharmacy.
  • Khả năng ngoại ngữ/2nd language ability: Fluent in English
  • Khả năng vi tính/Computer usage ability: Good in MS. Office.

Kinh nghiệm làm việc/Related experiences

At least 5 years in Retail industry, Pharmacy Retailer or reputational retail chain is
preferred at the similar position.

Planning and forecasting for midterm and long term.
Skills of monitoring and assessment
Motivate, training, coaching staffs and delegation; problem solving and decision making
skills.
Market analysis, market assessment and competitor intelligence, business sense to
recognize the threats and opportunities
Good people management, and strong leadership skills
Solid background in retail model (store chain).
Good communication, build and maintain relationship with governmental
organizations.
Negotiation skills
