- Collaborate with Business Process Director to create clear and transparent KPIs for Office and Factory employees.
- Set up clear and scheduled trainings for Office and Factory employees. To collaborate with Business Process Director as well
- Gather information and provide suggestions on improvements and changes that need to be made for HR management policies
- Spearhead changes for Safety team that is under HR department, including management of Firefighting team, Environment Safety team and Labour Safety team
- Other jobs that are relevant to the role as well as other jobs assigned by the Board of Directors
- Degree in HR managment
