Report to: Deputy CEO (American)
HR Operations (including Compensation & Benefits Management)
Oversee all HR C&B activities such as payroll generation, labor employment contracts, policies and benefits, time-sheets, internal & external labor reports etc.
Assist Deputy CEO/CEO in recommending salary grades for new or revised jobs
Provide recommendations on various pay actions (job offers, promotions, equity increases, bonus buyouts, etc.) utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate.
Conducts a survey on labor market relating to salary, benefits in order to make company’s policy competitive to labor market.
Work with HR Specialist checking and generating monthly payroll with Finance to ensure the accuracy and deadline.
Work with HR Specialist updating healthcare insurance employee list and informs insurer accordingly, follows up with them for claim document
Work collaboratively with your HR team members and co-workers in monitoring and producing reports such as new hires, headcount, attrition, workforce movement, and so on.
Work with HR members managing HR database, employees’ profiles, labor employments contracts and all documents of the employees.
Work with HR Specialist completes and submits monthly personal income tax and other reports to the local authorities.
Assist Deputy CEO/CEO in developing, implementing the e-HR systems
To manage some of the admin jobs as clinic, canteen, security…
To control the labor relationships as well as the actions of the labor union.
Supporting the management team about the new law concerned with the labor & PIT.
In charge updating work- rules, building the labor collective agreement…
In charge the PIT problems.
Assist Deputy CEO/CEO in salary benchmarking survey (TRS), bonus planning and incentive schemes development.
Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social and Health insurance policies.
At least 7 years’ experience and good understanding of C& B with a foreign/Joint-venture company
Experienced in a Real-estate/Logistics Agency is a plus
Excellent computer skills Microsoft, experience with e-HR system would be a plus
Excellent English communication skills
