In charge of recruitment activities for Production of all Plants
Prepare necessary document for newcomers (probation contract, ATM & PIT; IT request forms).
Prepare stationary, table & chair for new staff
Filing newcomers document and probation contracts
Ensure all probation evaluation forms all plant are collected on time
Arrange interview schedule and ensure smooth information with candidates and departments; follow up with dept. interview for skill test. Update candidate profiles on Recruitment Software as required
Send updated recruitment status to Recruitment Executives as required
Prepare severance payment list, prepare sick/maternity list of previous month
Arrange severance payment with resigned, arrange sick/maternity payment.
