 Drive forward looking sales strategies to grow pigment business by acquiring and developing new customers and establish a positive reputation as a valuable business partner committed to our customers’ success
 Build a positive and long term relationship with existing key customers to retain and to motivate them to further grow existing business and explore opportunities in new potential business segment
 Explore opportunities in new business environments
 Implement continuous sales performance evaluations and improvements, to ensure a high level of customer’s satisfaction and retention
 Maintain an excellent understanding of the technical applications of our new & current products and regularly update our customers.
 Develop and strengthen the sales team in terms of technical knowledge, sales techniques, communication and motivation
 Generate regional business support information which includes monitoring of key competitors, market statistics and trends to support business decision making.

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Sales experience in the Chemical industry
• Proactive and ability to identify opportunities for positive changes
• Self motivated and posses a strong drive to be challenged and to achieve
• Excellent people management, influencing and negotiation skills
• Results oriented, well organized, with good project management skills
• Demonstrated the ability to work with people at any level in an organization
• Good in written, verbal communication and presentation skills
