Product Executive

 Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product
gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer
experience and drive growth.
 Translate marketing and product development strategy of the company into
detailed action plan
 Responsible for providing and educate the sales team with the necessary
scientific and sales knowledge, which lead them to successful sale of the
 Being in charge of launching new product lines, leading the access of the new
product onto the market.
 Create projects and marketing campaigns according to the business strategy
of the company, and monitor the achievement on weekly basis.
 Responsible for developing market intelligence tools to ensure that the field
force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or
competitors’ products.
 Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work
collaboratively with colleagues in customers’ requests to address any issues
that may arise.
 Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current
product range and new product introductions.
 Develop and complete customer database and assist the synchronization of it
with the CRM system of the company.
 Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling
advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing
 Liaise with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign including
journal advertising, conferences, and social media.
 Responsible for preparing reliable product forecasts, and constantly monitoring
sales anchievement in accordance of the product campaigns in charge of.
 Seek opportunities to propose solutions and improvements as related to
product usage

Education / Training Qualifications:
BA/ MBA degree in Medical Technology, Economincs or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience with medical device/equipment (sales, product
specialist or marketing experience)
- Multinational experience working on complex projects is required.
Knowledge / Skills / Personalities:
 Proven work experience in marketing/product management.
 Pioneered all aspects of a successful product launch, and monitor throughout
its lifecycle.
 Inspring personality being a leading example of the sales team.
 Proven ability to develop and execute product and marketing strategies and
effectively monitor the sales development and report it to executive
 Passionate to work in a competitive environment, having ability work in a team,
and share the challenges among the team
 Solid scientific background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in
product development and marketing/on-line marketing.
 Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the
 Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix
 Excellent attention to details, written and verbal communication skills in
