Control and improve the quality of finished goods
- Report directly to the top management on daily basis
o Identify, investigate and report on product imperfections and defects on in-process and
finished products.
o Evaluate seriousness of defect, determine source of quality variance and specifies steps
to be taken in correcting condition or the need for sorting, reworking and scrapping of
product (statistics separately for work teams and shifts)
o Control and continuously improve and evaluate failure rates
o Issue non-conformance reports with related corrective action reports; implement
preventive actions
o Organize and manage material incoming and outgoing inspections
- Review and improve internal processes and recommend improvements to the top management
- Supervise implementation of product and process improvements in cooperation with applicable
divisions (production, storage, procurement, sales etc.)
- Train and induct people in terms of quality and workmanship communicate process programs to
publicize, educate, train, and coach Total Quality principles and practices.
- Communicate quality matters with directly with client where required
- Develop, control and maintain vendor performance. Ensure systems are in place to make certain
that vendors are capable of meeting quality expectations

At least 5 years of traceable and practical experience in paper rigid box packaging field
- Minimum 3 years experience in a quality management role
- Willing to work in Long An province
- Must have experience working in packaging manufacturing and able to work in a high volume and
fast paced environment
- Ideally experience with ISO9001 quality management systems
- Able to work under high pressure
- Fluent in English is preferred
- Compatible with computer and basic testing equipment
