 Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Technology teams to provide a comprehensive solution to the client. Increase business opportunities for Company by acting as entrepreneurs and generating opportunities within customers.
 Ensuring compliance of functional and technical specifications with proposed solutions and services.
 Responsible for engaging with customers and positioning the value of assessment and architecture services. Contribute in the execution of account focused plan to offer integrated and compelling solutions and services.
 Research and investigate emerging infrastructure technologies and the best practices associated with them.
 Manage the proof of concept (POC) initiatives, which will require the involvement of the appropriate resources, and setup and delivery of the POC.
 Own the proposed solution and transition the build or implementation to the delivery team.
 Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned.
 Assist System Engineer on installing, support and troubleshooting customers’ IT infrastructure when necessary.

 Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
 Previous experience of requirements gathering, design and solution building and the ability to replicate this in a commercial setting
 An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.
 Ability to develop effective working relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with commercial departments such as sales, operations and product development
 Organised and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
 Knowledge on the following technologies
a. Hyper-V, vSphere, Citrix, SQL, and Terminal Services
b. Exchange Server 2003 – 2016
c. Windows Server 2003 – 2016
d. WAN Technology (MPLS, VPLS, VPN)
e. LAN Technology
f. VPN connectivity troubleshooting and configuration
g. Security software such as Anti-virus, Anti-SPAM, Anti-Spyware, and other security related technologies
 Ability to cope under pressure and prioritise work accordingly
 Willingness to travel through sales territory
 Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
 Good interpersonal and communication skills.
 Able to work independently with moderate supervision.
 Good at communication in English and Vietnam both in writing, speaking and reading.
 Knowing Mandarin is added advantage.
