Design

* Perform all functionality related to project management and Supply Chain Management.
* Manage a variety of projects of new material, component and finished goods sourcing, new manufacture engineering process and sourcing within timeframe required.
* Responsible for and support on all kinds of engineering issues including but not limited to design evaluation, manufacturing analysis, product and packaging inspection and other trouble shooting issues.
* Handle to identify the project quality risks, Control these risks and take effective action.
* Lead on new supplier pre-qualification in perspective of quality, engineering and operation capability.
* Provide guidance and assistance to Supplier, testing, audit, quality system and quality process improvement activities
* Responsible for On-Time- Delivery and overall Supply Chain Performance of suppliers.
* Bridge and facilitate communications between company headquarter and its suppliers

* Previous experience with American companies and large retailers is preferred.
* Knowledge and understanding of quality, compliance regulation, product and component testing.
* Very good English communication skills.
* Good computer software operational skills.
* Good understanding in reading engineering files and specifications.
* Knowledge and understanding of sanitary construction and performance, manufacturing and treatment process.
* Honest, dedicative, creative, straight forward, smart and loyal to the company
* Good reasoning ability and decision maker.
* Capability and willingness to frequent travel.
* Interact professionally with other employees and customers in US and China, customers and suppliers
* Work independently as a good team player

Preferred Qualifications:
* Training and knowledge on project management, engineering, sourcing and ISO certification
* Previous work with Large retailers such as Costco, Lowes, The Home Depot, Walmart,...etc.
* Identify with US value and moral principles
* Ability to make right decisions based on asymmetrical information on hand.
* Complete project management ownership skills.
* Production status follow up and product quality control.
* Perform company audits of potential new suppliers.
* Coordinate in sample preparation and testing.
* The individual needs to have strong communication and interpersonal skills and good in English (verbal & written) and Mandarin.
* Knowledge and ability to lead on sourcing activities.
* Ability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure.
* Technical background is highly recommended.
