1) What are the principal and permanent missions of the job: 
Principal Responsibilities: 
Short term master plan: (80%) 
Master Planning: 
a) Establish weekly planning of production for local products in JDA 
b) Ensure decisions taken during Supply Review Meeting are respected 
c) Make short term smoothing 
d) Manage short term operational constraints and escalate issues 
e) Pilot or participate to operational projects like new product launches and/or new flows 
implementation 
f) Update KPIs and reports of the function: report of stock at each level 
Replenishment for local products: 
a) Analyse weekly stock level in 2 Company Distributions Centres + local factory 
b) Build short term replenishment plan 
c) Create shipments recommendations via JDA load manager module 
d) Transfer the internal purchase orders to SAP 
e) Provide input to the short term forecast 
f) Plan and organize deployment and transport of stock between factories and Company DCs 
g) Anticipate and Alert on risk of out of stock / overstock / Out of Guaranteed Shelf Life and 
propose solutions 
Mid-term Supply plan: (20%) 
a) Collect & Challenge factory capacity plan 
b) Perform mid-term RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Planning) analysis and identify risks / supply 
issues 
c) Simulate and valorise scenarios based on levers identified during previous cycle 
d) Build up Supply package and animate monthly Supply Review meeting 
e) Validate agreed mid-term Supply plan in S&OP tool according to Supply Review Meeting 
decisions 
f) Contribute to the Supply Planning expert community to support BPO 

2) Give examples of type of problems that the job titular meets and try to describe the nature 
and the degree of complexity: 
# Capacity issue at factory leading to shortage or over costs 
# Shortage of products in Company Warehouses so customer will not be served on time in full 
# Truck not available / break down so factory cannot load => storage at factory is bottleneck 

3) Indicators of Performance / Impact on Results: 
In matter of quality: 
- Transparency 
- Team work 
- Reactive in finding solutions 
- Stability of MPS 
- Customer service level 
- Stock level in DC 
- Age of products / rotation of stock 
- Level of flash out, destruction 
- Truck / Container loading rate 
- Transportation costs

  • Skills & Knowledge: 
  • Master Degree in Supply Chain management or Business school 
  • Minimum of 4 years’ field experience in planning and operating supply chain assets, preferably in a FMCG environment Pack office : Excel, Word 
  • Experience with planning/stock ; software/modules is appreciated : SAP, JDA Fulfilment 
  • Good skills in both writing and oral communication Vietnamese and English
