Key Responsibilities

  • Set up business/marketing strategy for B2B business at country level. Prioritize and provide the support needed for local sales force by personal contact to maintain rapport.
  • Align with the SESA Regional Project Sales Director and General Director’s overall sales strategy and develop medium to long term strategic plans and budgets for the project segment to drive business excellence
  • Be accountable for providing technical support/product evaluation, product application to customers.
  • Be accountable for providing specification activities to Wall-owner and specifiers
  • Develop and implement long term & short term marketing communication plans and programs to deliver maximum results in the B2B channel
  • Lead and develop team in functional areas of sales, Specification and technical support team to deliver more robust and capable talent pipeline


  • Bachelor, preferably in business or civil engineering 
  • Minimum 7 year experience in sales job, preferably in B2B
  • Strong track record in sales with B2B, Industrial goods or other construction related products background
  • Experience in driving and implementing B2B sales strategy. Good understanding of contemporary techniques, methods and approaches
  • Experience in building long term key account planning and relationships with Construction companies, Developers and Architect firms that specialize in this segment
  • Business acumen and results-orientation
  • Understanding of B2B markets
  • Leadership, Coaching & Strategy implementation and interpersonal communications skills. Demonstrated ability to lead large teams
  • Ability to work with multi-functional teams and approachable
  • Ethically strong
  • Energetic and willing to travel
  • Multi-tasked and results orientation
