- Technical Product Development:
o Developing new Product or Product Features following requirements.
o Liaise with internal processes in term of project management and technical support.
- Technical support:
o Supporting Customer service team to solve customer complaints and enquiries.
o Providing 1st level of technical support.
- Product Innovation :
o Understand customer’s needs to create product improvement.
o Researching on new technology for product improvements: user experience, efficiency
- And other tasks assigned by Technical Leader to support the company’s business.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND PROFILE:
- At least 4-5 years experience in a similar function in an international company and/or in electronic payment segment.
- Specific certificate related to Software Programming and/or Electronic Payment are prioritized.
- HTML/CSS scripting and converting from PSD design.
- Angular6/7, CSS and Bootstrap.
- Net, MVC, SQL and SSRS.
- Design patterns.
- Source control: GIT.
- Familiar with Map API (Google, Here) and AWS cloud services are a bonus.
- Ability in communication.
- Comprehensive English in writing and speaking.
- Able to document and follow processes.
- Ability to problem solve and take responsibility for a process area.
- Able to listen and respond to needs of others.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. Diligent and ensure tasks are fully completed.
- Committed and passionate about developing a career in a professional business environment.
- Languages required: Vietnamese and English
