Job Description:

  • Collaborate with management team to set KPI
  • Set up clear and scheduled trainings for Office and Factory employees.
  • Gather information and provide suggestions on improvements and changes that need to be made for HR management policies
  • Spearhead changes for Safety team that is under HR department, including management of Firefighting team, Environment Safety team and Labour Safety team              
  • Other jobs that are relevant to the role as well as other jobs assigned by the Board of Directors                         
  • This person will be reporting directly to the Board of Directors              

Job Requirement:                                        

  • Suitable degree such as HR management
  • Good in English
  • 2 years of experience as HR Supervisor or Manager, with experience managing people
  • Personality traits: Honest, trustworthy, hardworking, realistic, optimistic
