- Being the contact point to communicate with company’s client on a daily basis for all aspects of operation
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, working hours for project members.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Determining project changes.
- Providing administrative support if needed.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Minimum of 2-year experience in related field
- Advance or above level of English
- Experience in managing to performance targets desired.
