Purpose of Job:

(broad outline)




-         Ensure the achievement of the Quality Objective.

-         Responsible for the compliance of Buyer's standard and requirement





Main Duties:


  1. Training
  2. AQL's ( Final inspection reports) & team certification
  3. Control lab test results.
  4. Good & strong Communication with customers
  5. Evaluate & control suppliers (Yarns & accessories)
  6. Follow & investigate customer claims (targets, rtm reports , corrective actions , records, data)
  7. Customers claims /capa /investigation /corrective actions
  8. Data analysis quality reports /quality meetings/quality kpi’s
  9. 3rd party quality audits
  10. Customer visits
  11. Internal Meatal detector & quality audits
  12. Implementation of quality procedures
  13. Manage the lab accreditation /certification/ update standards for new customers

Minimum Requirements:


Practical engineer or quality assurance course

Level of Using Foreign language

English  ( writing ,reading ,speaking )

Vietnamese (writing ,reading ,speaking )

Computer knowledge

Microsoft word, excel , power point ,outlook

Having knowledge of

Quality or industrial management, Textile quality business

Essential skills

Good interpersonal skills


Team work, working under high pressure

Other requirements:


Number of experience year:

At least 3 years


Open minded, Diplomatic, Observant, Perceptive, Tenacious, Decisive, Self-reliant, Fair, Honest, traceability

Active and industrious characteristic

Good health
