POSITION SUMMARY AND KEY TASK DESCRIPTION:
Execute quality system and training programs

Task 1:

• Communicate, implement and monitor of PUMA quality requirements
and standards with all WCFE
suppliers

Task 2:

• Ensure all internal WCFE’s Quality assurance team members follow the
same company procedures
and goals

 

Task 3:

• Work closely with the Global Quality Assurance manager to set future
quality improvement strategies
– implement the new projects – measure and adjust accordingly

 

Task 4:

• Oversee and ensure incoming customer quality claims are processed
correctly and on time –
formulate and implement solutions with customers – propose corrective
action plans with suppliers

 

Task 5:

• Issue quality reports to senior management, e.g. quality KPI report
• Internally communicate with QA members in all Asia branches
• Externally communicate with all customers and Global QA manager

Claim Rate Customer Satisfaction Defect rate

BACKGROUND AND PROFILE:

Education:
Professional:

College or Technical school graduates
preferably
In textiles and clothing related
discipline
Over 10 years in QA, technical in
sourcing
Office or manufacturer

IT Skills:
Language Skills:

MS office
English and Chinese

Able to work under pressure
