Achieve designated sales target for assigned territory,
Execute marketing/brand strategy prescribed by PMT;
Plan and budget for existing products along with executing brand strategy;
Maintain cordial relationships with key customers;
Provide guidance and support to ASMs & MRs in execution of sales processes;
Provide inputs for new products from conceptualization to launch,
Drive all pre-launch processes for own region.
Conduct post launch audit for new products.
Follow and practice marketing code and Internal Compliance process and guide team.
Education & Experience – Pharmacy /Medicine degree with experience in Multi- national company in Oncology speciality .
Experience as RSM/ASM in Oncology team of reputed company with experience of managing sales team.
