- In charge of team management by training, coaching, performance review for regional team (Trade Marketing & PG team) with innovative, challenge status, continuous improvement & growth
- In charge of programs & activations development for regional team
- Make sure regional understanding and mapping of consumers and territories, performance and trade analysis.
- Develop of regional and territorial programs and activation for distribution, testing and trading, and volume growth in GT and Trade Marketing cooperation to address identified needs.
- Work with stakeholders (Sales, PG, Market Research, Products to ensure programs and activation plans and set up tracking on the system, perform quality and follow the instructions.
- Sales capability development
- Modify KPI structure, incentive scheme, and benefits packages
- Bachelor Degree in Economics/Marketing/Commerce/Business Administration or other relevant majors
- At least 3 years in Trade Marketing
- Fluency in oral and written English communication is a plus
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
