Lead and manage research staffs across all projects undertaken by the Research department.
Promote Company services in respect to, but not limited to the research consultant services.
Participating in, and promoting the sharing of knowledge, market information and professional standards within the research department.
Ensure the Research Department complies with all laws related country’s law requirements.
Actively seeking new solutions and creating new business opportunities for the Research Department.
Manage, lead and liaise with the clients with regard to research consultant issues.
Ensuring the timely payment of department related invoices.
Maintain and update database with support from research team.
Write and update reports on all sectors of property market.
Write development recommendation in Real Estate.
Develop economic/ strategic/ forecasting models and research tools to support and maintain the leading market position of Company’ Research and Consultancy..
Participating and contributing in the industry events/ seminars, Company’ Press Releases/ events/ promote Company’ brand on mass media.
Liaise with local and international clients and Vietnamese authorities.
Travel to other provinces or cities for market research, if necessary.
Write reports in English and Vietnamese based on scope of works to be supplied by clients.
Maintain the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality at all times.
Liaise with the property management, agency and other departments within the company to ensure a total understanding of the property market in Vietnam.
Supporting and acting as Company’ brand ambassador at all time.
Providing Research in a timely and authoritative manner and consultancy services to the
Creating complex statistical/analytical research and delivering commentary, reports and presentations to internal and external clients, as well as building substantial media presence.
Collating and analyzing local data including up to date pricing data, buyer types, liaising with Company Valuer, providing timely and authoritative research support and input for submissions.
Assisting in the completion of periodic market commentary in accordance with Company Research timeline.
Confidence as the Research spokesperson, presenting publicly and liaising with the media.
Master degree in Marketing/ BA/ Economics/ Finance
Strong understanding of market research and market analysis.
Attention to details and results-driven
Communication skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers.
PC skills: The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same position.
Language: Proficient English (both speaking and writing).
