- As sales manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets set by the Company and you will be in
charge of the medium/long term Business Development.


  1. Sales planning
    - Set sales plans and commercial actions for the importers/distributors
  2. Business processes analysis
    - Regularly review and refine business processes to control budgets
  3. Business development
    - Manage and develop the market channels and look for gaps and business opportunities
  4. Collaboration with the Marketing Department
    - Regularly provide the Marketing Department with the information linked to market, products, competitors, trends and support to the local marketing activities
  5. Sales forecasts
    - Responsible for Sales Forecast and monthly Reports


- Educational qualification Degree in business or related disciplines

- Minimum relevant experience required Min 3 years’ experience in Automotive and Moto Tyres companies

- Language requirements (if any) Proficient in English

- Skills Sales, negotiation, marketing, communication
Able to do product trainings and presentations to dealers

- Other:

+ Passionate about Cars and Motorcycles and regular

+ Motorbike Rider
+ Required to organize and attend local events and
+ Automotive gatherings
+ Required travelling time: 40%
