Job Description

• To evaluate and study the position of the identified prospects customers/dealers in the industry
• To maintain and develop good relationships with customers/dealers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
• To research different sales options and analyzing them
• To sell the company products by creating contacts and further making relationships with the prospects
• To recommend solutions to any problems faced by the customers/dealers
• To provide proper information, guidance, and support to the customers/dealers hence enhancing the relationships
• To study the current market trends for a product and identify improvements
• To analyze the competition brand closely
• To be able to work with a team and achieve the desired results

Job Requirement

• Preferably with Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma
• Good understanding and 2 years experience in a sales position, experience within the automotive industry is a plus, knowledge of tire is a plus
• A mature, independent, and self-driven individual with a customer service mindset and passion for people development
• Basic communication skills in English (speaking, reading, and writing) and willingness to travel
• Leadership, initiative, and self-discipline is a must
