Designing strategy for increasing market share, achieving sales target and maintaining good relationships with potential Customers.

Working hour: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Responsible for Revenue generation to achieve sales target through Sales Team
- Responsible for designing a Sales Strategy in line with Sub-regional plan for achieving local objectives
- To build and establish relationship with local and overseas distributors/ clients/ prospects.
- Generate new sales lead and develop new client database.
- Reviewing distributor performance. Planning and implementing distributor strategy through sales team
- Strong organization skills and management capabilities as well as multi- functional knowledge in operations and technical, sales and marketing
- Able to perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior.
- Travel to outstation to meet up distributors/ clients/ prospects.
- Attend local and overseas exhibitions as exhibitors or visitors.
- Diploma or Degree in Business or Engineering related field.
- MUST be at least 3 years of related experience or training in COATINGS or WATERPROOF industry, especially in international
company such as JOTUN PAINT /DULUX/ NIPPON PAINT/SIKA; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
- Knowledge in linear motion products is an added advantage.
- Possesses good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken English /or Mandarin
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Speaking will be an added advantage.
- Independent and self-motivated but make a great team player.
- Resourceful and highly energetic self-starter.
- Have good time management and self-discipline, flexible mindset and adaptive to challenges.
- Willing to travel around Vietnam.
- Possess own transport.
