- Driving sales expansion, ensuring new product introductions, services development, and active relationship management towards existing and potential customers.
- Negotiating terms of sales
- Establishing and monitoring areas targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development.
- Selecting and managing relationships with agencies to ensure satisfactory standards of service.
- Formulating a sales, service and marketing strategy for the assigned area, developing guidelines and policies in line with the company strategy
- Relevant University Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Minimum relevant experience : 7 years in Energy business.
- Documented capital sales experience.
- Good written and spoken English. Vietnamese Native Speaking.
- Ability to travel.
- Good communication, influencing and negotiations skills and ability for creating long-term relationships with the customer
