  • Products to be in charge: Home appliance of Southern area
  • Develop sales network (dealers) of Home appliance
  • Analyze business data and market information, benchmark sales policy and products of competitors, and propose new product line ups, sales policy, and promotion programs. 
  • Monitor sales progress, give quick responses to market change 
  • Cooperate with dealers for in-store promotions, display programs, sub-dealer programs, and sell-out schemes. 
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to reach the company’s goal 
  • Establish good relationships with other departments in order to ensure the team delivers effective coordination across the business functions. 
  • Handling both sales and people management.  Sales coaching and building sales team capability, 
  • Evaluate the performance of direct reports


  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability with strong analytical skills required
  • A high level of integrity and work ethics are required
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadline


  • More than 5 years experience in relevant business industries
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint )
  • The English language is a must.
  • No barrier for business trips
