- Products to be in charge: Home appliance of Southern area
- Develop sales network (dealers) of Home appliance
- Analyze business data and market information, benchmark sales policy and products of competitors, and propose new product line ups, sales policy, and promotion programs.
- Monitor sales progress, give quick responses to market change
- Cooperate with dealers for in-store promotions, display programs, sub-dealer programs, and sell-out schemes.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to reach the company’s goal
- Establish good relationships with other departments in order to ensure the team delivers effective coordination across the business functions.
- Handling both sales and people management. Sales coaching and building sales team capability,
- Evaluate the performance of direct reports
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability with strong analytical skills required
- A high level of integrity and work ethics are required
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadline
- More than 5 years experience in relevant business industries
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint )
- The English language is a must.
- No barrier for business trips
