Running the operation of HR function

  • Plan, organize and control the operation of HR function including recruitment, training and compensation as well as benefits.
  • Formulate, implement & develop HR policies & procedures.
  • Issuing company announcements.
  • Supervision over deadlines.
  • Ensure that compensation practices are internally equitable and externally competitive through salary administration policies
  • Cooperation with Top Management.

HR work management

  • Ensure that compensation practices are internally equitable and externally competitive through salary administration policies
  • Manage all activities related to expatriate assignments. Monitor approved compensation & benefits packages. Interpret and apply policy in a manner consistent with the fact and circumstances of each move. Co-ordinate visas & work permits, expatriate tax, payroll and benefits arrangements.
  • Manage and implement annual update compensation program, review job description on an annual basis, conduct salary survey and develop merit pool, compensation analysis direct implementation and monitor employee performance appraisal.
  • Manage in-house training & development programs for staff and ensure that training & development needs are identified and programs initiated
  • Manage some of staff-related administration function which includes transport service, meal service, uniforms, lockers, security, first-aid kits.

Information management

  • Ensure that positive employee relations and effective communication are maintained as well as good employee’s morale & increase efficiency.
  • Supervision of proper information flow.
  • Drawing up announcements and information for all employees.
  • Develop, maintain and implement an employee communication program to ensure appropriate upward and document communication. Implementation of company standards
  • Direct a process of recruitment & selection of staff and ensure that qualified personnel are selected and hired to fit with business and organization needs.
  • Direct a process of organization planning to the evaluate structure, job design and manpower forecasting throughout the company.
  • Direct a process of organizational development that primarily addresses succession planning throughout the company, coordinate activities and evaluate plans across departments.
  • Monitor performance of direct reports. Provide prompt and objective coaching and counseling. Review direct reports and approve performance appraisals initiated by direct reports. Ensure performance appraisal is administered effectively.
  • Manage & monitor HR budget always striving for higher productivity at lower cost
  • Provide the HR support needed to meet present and future organizational requirements by keeping a technically skilled, professional HR team trained and motivated to meet the HR needs as efficiency and effectively.
  • Carrying out periodical appraisals.
