Job Summary
Oversee the sales and operations of the shop, driving associates to achieve sales targets. Ensures KPIs are met by managing the sales floor, inventory, replenishment, display and customer service.
Key responsibilities:
1. Product Management:
Organizing sales and stock control
Manage, control, and monitor merchandising activities in store
Ensure efficient Stockroom Management
Liaise with Commercial team in product display, coordination and layout
Control business plan implementation and conduct analysis of trends/forecasts and market
Manage and control inventory by working with the commercial team in creating strategies to push and promote products to reach the right inventory levels
Provides market and product feedback to commercial team
Conducts regular market and competitor research and feedbacks the same to the commercial team

2. Operation Management:
Make sure the store’s image is well maintained: window display, staff image, store operation
Control usage of store's operational budget expenditures and inventory level and report variances
Ensures efficient flow of in-store operations related to receiving, replenishment, staffing, cashier operations and customer service
Implements promotional campaigns and strategies
3. People management:
Manage, coach and review performance of team members, actively involved in people development programs
Ensures the Career Development Plan of Staff together with HR
4. Customer Service Management
Ensures all zones are properly manned
Ensures a pleasant shopping experience
Organizes orders, reservation ad customer returns
Deals with customer suggestions and complaints

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED THE ROLE:

Fashionable, fast paced and quick decision maker with a strong passion to drive sales
Excellent English communication skills
Strong exposure in operations and merchandising be in retail or related field
Min. 3 years of experience as Store Manager or equivalent
Willing to work flexible hours
Excellent Leadership and customer service skill
