- Plan Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and maintain relationship with recruitment service agencies for effective partnerships
- Build up resources for searching suitable candidate resource for company
- Update labor market
- Work closely with multiple departments to create suitable JDs for every Personel Acquisition (PA) request if needed
- Design job description template and customize for each position that reflect the position's requirement and attract talents.
- Screen CV of potential candidates and plan interviews and accessments to ensure that the recruitment process is efficient , effective and equitable
- Set up interviews from phone interview, quality accessment and attitude test
- Maintain relationships with candidates
- Manage records of all applicants in database and process data analysis.
- 4 years working experience in Recruitment
- Minimum Bachelor in Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology
- Have experience in recruiting high position (senior and management level, C level)
- Deep understanding about labor market, labor law
- Wide networks in industries such as HR, Construction, Real Estate
