  1. Work with the Marketing Manager to develop. Planning commercial marketing programs each month, quarter, and year, Deploy marketing activities on the GT channel
  2. Coordinate the RSM, ASM to plan support. Doing business in each region, deploying activities, Point-of-sale marketing when launching new product, sampling, events, trade fair ....Planning and implementing building programs, Establishment of Keyshops Systems under Brands across national.
  3. Deploy, track, and lead sales teams & newspapers. Trade shows MKT.
  4. Collect marketing programs of the trade. Regular opponents & Action Plan suggestions, Solutions to keep the market share of the company by region.
  5. Planning and implementing development activities distribution channels, Plan and implement activities, Merchandizing on canals, Key shops, Control of POSM allocation & implementation progress hang, pick, install, on the channel, Evaluate effectiveness & propose solutions
  6. Effective budget planning & management, Control, coordinate & update regular reports, Break the costs associated with follow-up activities marketing
  7. Perform other tasks as assigned of Direct Management and Board of Directors.
