- Deploy, track, and lead sales teams & newspapers. Trade shows MKT.
- Collect marketing programs of the trade. Regular opponents & Action Plan suggestions, Solutions to keep the market share of the company by region.
- Planning and implementing development activities distribution channels, Plan and implement activities, Merchandizing on canals, Key shops, Control of POSM allocation & implementation progress hang, pick, install, on the channel, Evaluate effectiveness & propose solutions
- Effective budget planning & management, Control, coordinate & update regular reports, Break the costs associated with follow-up activities marketing
- Perform other tasks as assigned of Direct Management and Board of Directors.
