Training, Development and evaluation:
Do orientation for new hire staff, internal timesheet software training, company regulation and bonus policy
Cooperate with Team Leader and Line Mangers to analyze staff training plan and training subject. Working with Directors to schedule monthly and yearly internal training course to upgrade staff’s skill, make sure staff can be promoted to higher positions and meet clients’ expectation and quality.
Working with line Manager and BOD to set up KPIs for evaluation and training purpose for next year.
Be a pioneer on training for the trainer of evaluation software tool and guide other line Manager and reviewers
Analyze training needs of the Resort in general and individual departments, and develop strategies which address needs, presenting in the form of a Training Business Plan for the General Manager and Executive Committee for review
Getting yourself Familiar with the Hotel Group HR and Training Standards, localizing if needed:
Ensure effective training programs are in place for the following:
New Employee Orientation
Train the Trainer
Customer Service Training
Technical job specific training (through certification of departmental standards and
Supervisory Skills Training
Fire, Life and Safety Training
Monitor the progress of the Training Business Plan for each department to ensure that the training objectives are being achieved
Maintains all Resort training records
2 yrs up managerial experience in Training in a large-scaled hotel/resort
Experienced working with diversified cultures/nationalities
Good knowledge of Vietnam labor law
Professional Training/Learning & Development certification preferred
Direct people management experience
Good in English and Vietnamese
