JOB DESCRIPTION
- Continue developing the company's portfolio, increasing the quality and variety of games.
- Design unique and fun experiences for game players
- Produce game design documents to support the development and art team in their respective area of work to realise the design of the game.
Responsibilities
- Design games for a variety of demographics complete with comprehensive design-document.
- Proficient with algorithm driven game design (good at math).
- Can deliver game design experience effectively to the rest of the team through paper prototyping.
- Able to dissect popular games and reproduce its underlying design-intent in other forms.
- Quickly iterate and balance games using analytics and data collected from players.
- Create multi-layer gaming experience for mid-hardcore strategy games.
