JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work closely with Founders & Special Projects team to design & develop a yet-to-be-released decentralized and community-first initiative.
- Play an active role in the design and architecture of our solutions
- Lead the initial development of the smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure for the initiative
- Find ways to align the technical development with planned economic designs.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Demonstrated experience with coding languages such as Python, Rust, Java or C++ and writing highly reliable, scalable code.
- +2 years of experience as a blockchain developer, with strength in Ethereum (Solidity)
- Strong technical background, ideally full-stack experience
- Experience using/building DeFi applications
- Strong grasp of modern software development tools
- Obsessed with blockchain & follow crypto Twitter, play with dapps and maybe even yield farm.
- Fluent in English

- A “roll up the sleeves” attitude that demonstrates a bias towards action and impact.
- A demonstrated passion for blockchain technology, digital assets and token economics
- Deep understanding of DeFi protocols
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have previously worked with an internationally distributed team
- Experience with Web 3.0 technologies such as AMM’s, DEXs, DAOs and community governance tools
- Understanding of token economies
