- Build & Lead a new venture of company. This venture
focus on upskilling tech talents & ready them for better job opportunities.
- Direct management of the Sales, Account Management, Business Development and Operational teams of the vertical. Accountable for delivering P&L goals and other performance objectives & financial KPIs.
- Ensure effective ongoing management of programs, improving operational
efficiency, and maintaining accountability for the health of the vertical.
- Demonstrate strong leadership through robust execution and achieving results.
- Foster an environment of open communication, collaboration, and mutual
respect, Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and developments, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Identify and seize new business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field. 6+ years’ experience in business management, with at least years in a leadership role.
