JOB DESCRIPTION:

Be responsible for business department metrics such: GSV, cost, revenue, staff performance, customer experience,...
Be responsible for conducting in-depth data analysis of the customer, drive and develop customer-specific growth strategies and approaches, solidifying company position as a market leader in On-demand Delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams - tech, marketing, operations, finance - to propose new product features or services that will accelerate growth.
Build and develop winning strategies to acquire new customers and uplift existing businesse
Track metrics performance, work with analytics team, apply technology to optimize performance & process of business department to maximize returns and expand a business brand.
Develop incentive schemes for sales staff, motivate and inspire the team to achieve monthly targets.
Manage the sales and marketing functions of a business to maximize returns and expand a business brand

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; master's degree is advantageous.
At least 7 - 10 years of experience in a similar position
Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
Detail oriented, analytical and innovative thinking.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional leadership and management skills.
