Job Responsibility:
A Business Analyst’s main duties are as follows:
- Gather information, write documents, manage requests; organize meetings; research the feasibility/suitability, and being the bridge between requesters and tech team.
- Analyze and clarify internal/ external client requirements;
- Analyze and provide models and solutions based on collected requirements;
- Write Business requirement Documents and use case specification documents;
- Advise on building prototype;Advice from a professional perspective based on analysis and research.
- Communicate the content, support project members, and manage the project to meet client’s expectations;
- Documentation of the system manuals.
- Organize instruction, support users to use the product and troubleshoot when problems occur.
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirement
- 04+ years of web application development
- Computer science related degree
- Proven Business analysis experience in enterprise software implementation
- Business system requirements, functional specification documents
- Basic SQL to query data for analysis
- Ability to read and understand programming language like JAVA / SQL
- Agile/Scrum management
- Hands-on experience in Logistics/Suppy chain domain is a big plus

- Provide technical guidance and support to software development teams
