Business Development Executive

Job description

Source investment opportunities in VN for Industrial/Logistics and Commercial investment/development
Perform feasibility study on potential deals including conducting extensive market research and due diligence on the potential projects
Prepare comprehensive business plans (including financial analysis) for Management’s approval
Conduct analysis and review of issues related to project legal, corporate legal of potential projects
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management

Required Skill

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Finance & Banking (A plus if graduated from Finance, Banking or Foreign Trade).
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Investment/development in a Real estate company (Experience in Industrial/Logistics and Commercial Real Estate is preferable)

Preferable Skill

Good communication in English, particularly in speaking & writing (equivalent to TOEIC of 750)
Understanding the Real estate industry and its regulations, especially in the Industrial/Logistics and Commercial Real Estate industry
Knowledge in finance & investment, proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
Professionalism, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills
