Responsibilities:
- Explore, qualify, negotiate and close new business opportunities for Rex&Friends, consistently reach or exceed performance goals
- Build local business development plans to drive growth with a deep understanding of Vietnam's education industry channel
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead-generation initiatives
- Work closely with headquarter teams, and other cross-functional teams to execute the overarching growth strategy;
- Assist in additional projects such as creator acquisition, product local testing;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of work experience in sales and/or business development
- Experience in educational, e-commerce industries is preferred
- Having an existing network of kindergartens and English centers is preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding performance targets
- Proactive in finding better ways to get things done, and exhibits strong ownership;
- Meticulous, organized, self-motivated, and enjoys working in a dynamic and face-paced environment;
