- Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth of company's products.
- Process new account sales and growth including sale of emerging products and multi product sales.
- Liaise, support and manage local Partners to ensure they're well equipped to achieve sales success.
- Pro-active competitive strategies and targeted sales campaigns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and customer-retention through consistent, meaningful account calls made in person, on telephone and via email.
- Compose presentations to management as necessary and develop and initiate workable, procedures and business plans to maximize business development in the region.
- Develop and customise presentations and proposals based on customer needs.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, sales or equivalent training in business and sales management.
- Requires 5+years sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of company's products, software pricing practices, and selling skills.
- Excellent time management, communications, decision-making, human relations, presentation, and organization skills.
- Professional appearance and presentation required.
- PC's and various software-applications.
- Multi language support inc English (both written and spoken).Working with a gengranhirally distributed team including in different countries/time zones.
